What is Women in Trades Connect
Women in Trades Connect is a members only platform created for tradie ladies and women interested in entering the trades industry across Australia. Members gain access to multiple chat platforms where they are placed into trade specific groups based on their job, as well as a large Australia wide group chat connecting women in trades Australian wide. Within these chats, members can build friendships, share ideas, ask questions, send photos, and support one another. The platform also provides mentoring through chat, schools, trade schools, and job sites of all sizes, hosts events, assists members in finding job opportunities, and offers guidance and support for those navigating challenges. Being in a male dominated industry can be tough especially when managing women’s health issues but at Women in Trades Connect, those challenges are recognised, supported, and never go unseen.
